L-GLUTAMINE OR GLUTAMINE PEPTIDE

Most dietary supplements contain L-glutamine , while some products contain glutamine peptide . The main difference is that L-glutamine is a free form, meaning it is not bound to other amino acids. This results in faster absorption, but reduces its stability . Glutamine peptides, on the other hand, are not "free", but are connected to other amino acids by peptide bonds. In this way, they will be much more stable and the body can use them much more easily and in larger quantities .

Which one is better?

Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, it is best to choose a product that contains both forms , so that the positive effects complement each other. L-glutamine ensures fast absorption, and glutamine peptide ensures stability. L-glutamine immediately "charges" the muscles (and the body) with energy , the peptide formula promotes muscle development, regeneration and supports the immune system , and also plays a major role in the protection of the intestinal mucosa.

INGREDIENTS : L-glutamine, food acid (citric acid), glutamine peptides (wheat protein hydrolyzate), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates),

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
