Recommended daily amount: 1 package.

We colored the capsules for distinguishable purposes, using exclusively natural coloring materials! The material of the capsules (hard and soft gelatin, as well as vegetable), coloring materials and all ingredients (including non-active ingredients) are 100% natural. In addition, Panhellen Ultravitamin is a 100% GMO-, gluten-, lactose- and sugar-free product.

Recommended consumption:

Each of the 30 small packages in the box contains 8 capsules, which is a daily dose. The contents of the package can be consumed with plenty of water during or after any meal, but for the best results, it is recommended to take the daily dose in 3 or 4 installments, as described below.

WHITE/OFF-WHITE COLORED CAPSULES:

Preferably for a dairy-free, meat-free meal. It is not recommended to consume it at the same time as the other packages.
