PANHELLEN RADICAL provides a high degree of energy surplus for the muscles during training. It can be used to increase both aerobic endurance and maximum strength. It can contribute to better blood and nutrient supply to organs and tissues, i.e. to more effective, longer-term training. It reduces mental fatigue and performance deterioration occurring during training, and increases the ability to regenerate.

The active ingredient of RADICAL is citrulline malate. Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid whose natural source is watermelon. Malate (malic acid) is a natural constituent of fruits.

When mixed in water, its pleasant, citrusy taste makes it unnecessary to add flavoring additives to the pure active ingredient. It's like a refreshing, fresh lemonade.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

mix 1 serving (3 g = 1 scoop*) of Panhellen Radical drinking powder with 200 ml of water. To achieve the best effect, take 1 serving 20-30 minutes before training.
