How much is the shipping fee?
HUF 1,990 for purchases under HUF 30,000, and free of charge for HUF 30,000 and over. (Within Hungary, for consumers.)
When will the product arrive?
Products ordered before 12:00 on working days will be delivered on the next working day, and orders received after that will be delivered to your home on the following working day. So the delivery time within Hungary is 1-2 working days. The delivery time can be changed from the usual 1-2 working days to 2-4 working days in special cases.
Can I pick it up in person?
No. It is not possible to pick it up in person, but for orders over HUF 30,000 we deliver it to your home free of charge.
What can I do if I entered my information incorrectly?
You can change your data entered as a registered user at any time by logging into your account. If you want to change the delivery address of your already placed order, write to us at ugyfelszolgalat@panhellen.com. We can still change the delivery address before two failed deliveries. After two unsuccessful deliveries, it can only be changed against the payment of a new delivery fee. (After all, in this case, our courier service has already sent your package back to our warehouse and we can only deliver it with another shipment.)
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, i.e. cash when receiving the product, online payment when ordering. You can choose the payment method when ordering.
How can I order the product?
You can order the products selected and placed in the basket by clicking on the basket icon in the upper right corner of the online store. After entering the data required to complete the order, you can select the desired delivery and payment method. Then you can finalize your order. After finalizing the order, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address specified in the order. The courier will deliver the contents of your order within 1-2 working days. If we cannot place the order within 1-2 working days, our colleague will notify you of the expected arrival.
What can't be consumed at the same time?
For some products (in the product description), it is indicated which medicine it cannot be used with. The individual Panhellen preparations can be used at the same time almost without exception. For example, there is nothing wrong with mixing NITR, RADICAL and BCAA, regardless of the fact that they all have an energizing effect, since they work differently. But, for example, in addition to all this, take a few GO! capsule is no longer necessary and not recommended, as it would be a fourth energizer, with a high caffeine and taurine content. However, in general, it can be said that Panhellen products can be used together, just make sure to follow the dosage in the user manual (or on the label). What makes Panhellen better than other brands?
YOU decide what is best for you. However, it is worth noting that there can be significant differences between seemingly identical products. In short, the point is: most active ingredients have several forms of appearance and are produced by different processes. What does 100% purity mean?

The active ingredient of RADICAL is citrulline malate. Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid whose natural source is watermelon. Malate (malic acid) is a natural constituent of fruits.
When mixed in water, its pleasant, citrusy taste makes it unnecessary to add flavoring additives to the pure active ingredient. It's like a refreshing, fresh lemonade.
