• Cellulase is an enzyme that breaks down plant fibers into simple sugars, glucose. It helps eliminate abnormal digestion, however, it is not formed in the body by itself, so it is very important to get it through our diet .
• Lactase is an enzyme that breaks down lactose into glucose and galactose. For those who are lactose intolerant , their bodies cannot digest lactose, which leads to bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhea, so it is especially recommended for them to consume
